everything that I have used works great, haven't used the convection or cleaning features yet or I might rate higher

Oven Seems to heat higher than programmed, but takes forever to heat. Even longer if you use the convection feature. Hard to clean, they should give better instructions, I had no idea I Would need a razor blade steam cleaning doesn’t work well, haven’t tried the high heat self cleaning. But it might just be me getting used to something new.
