I bought this headset a few years ago and after a year the left earbud stopped working. I had it repaired out of warranty at cost in 2022 and the new set broke just a year later. Now in July 2023 I am told they no longer repair out of warranty headsets and to contact Best Buy to see if they can fix it. Very poor quality for an expensive product Ive owned several LG headsets until now and this is by far the most expensive and worst made one. Ill be looking for a new brand.

Love Love Love the convenience and durability of these headphones They only con is they loose volume after about 6mos and then I cant he well at all. Not great for the price Im paying. Otherwise Great fit and design too

Purchased as a replacement for our Frigidaire signature series which we had for many years. Smooth transition with no issues. Really enjoy the 5th burner for warming, which we didn’t previously have.
