I bought this headset a few years ago and after a year the left earbud stopped working. I had it repaired out of warranty at cost in 2022 and the new set broke just a year later. Now in July 2023 I am told they no longer repair out of warranty headsets and to contact Best Buy to see if they can fix it. Very poor quality for an expensive product Ive owned several LG headsets until now and this is by far the most expensive and worst made one. Ill be looking for a new brand.

Love Love Love the convenience and durability of these headphones They only con is they loose volume after about 6mos and then I cant he well at all. Not great for the price Im paying. Otherwise Great fit and design too

I was pleased with my shiny new stainless steel gas cooktop. In a matter of a week or two the stainless steel showed burn marks from the fire. These burn marks are not washable or can not be cleaned away. This is unacceptable we they are called stainless. Help
