I am worried and U don't get an answer that makes sense from KA customer SVC. This item heats and does not have a grid for venting nor an exhaust vent. I am installing in new cabinets and the trim seems that it's not right. It does not have a grid! I would like a technical explanation of how this equipment vents itself!

Good size for a countertop and has all features that I will require for a small oven, having an empty nest. Missing the quickset 1-6 numbers that were on my GE. Use the add 30 seconds feature more
