With 3 boys, not having a microwave is NOT an option! This is a great size and I love all of the features! Super easy to use and doesn't show fingerprints!!

Beautiful look, quiet and works great. We are very satisfied with our purchase. One thing, the vent is very powerful and loud. If you turn on by mistake, there isn't a cancellation button without going thru all six speed buttons.

As previously review posted.......HOT HANDLE and exhaust not working. After removing unit from wall vent holes snapped out, plate on top blocking UP exhaust and motor position correct. Yet it will not exhaust out thru wall duct. Dampers move freely and it blows out the wall like crazy. To their credit Kitchenaid / whirlpool paid me for cost + tax of unit, now waiting for pick up.
