Oven was installed but did not heat. It took one week to get a repair person to look at it and another two weeks to order and install replacement parts. Oven does now work well and looks very nice. It would have been nicer if it had worked when it arrived. Wish the timer alarm volume could be turned higher.

My mother has had this oven for less than 8 years and the stainless steel on the outside of this oven is starting to RUST! And It's always been a horrible oven. I only use it during the Holidays but if the oven is full of food it does not cook. Dishes that should take 45-60 mins to heat are usually in the oven for 2-3 hours! Maybe there's a setting we don't know about that would actually cook food but for a high-end oven to be Rusting......it's junk.

Found this Bosch oven to replace our old, dependable wall oven! The new oven is simple to use, and looks great in our kitchen. We opted for basic functions without lots of unnecessary options. We love it. The only downside is how long it takes to preheat but this seems to be the norm in ovens today.

Timer feature SO frustrating!

Using the timer is a total hassle. The button requires so much pressure and then it flies forward past where you want to set it. Then u spend time trying to go back to the minutes you want. Sorry, but if using a timer for oven or other cooking, this feature is a weak link in the product. Otherwise the oven does its job as intended.

I purchased three appliances from Bosch. Wall Oven, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator. I have an issue with the water dispenser but should be resolved this week.
