Slow Very Slow to Heat Up - even with Fast Preheat

Have tried the oven several times since installing it. Numerous settings including Fast Preheat. This oven takes a long, long, long time to heat up.

I bought all Bosch and Thermador appliances when I remodeled 7 years ago. Shortly after the Covid-19 virus made staying home a necessity, so I was cooking every meal myself, two of them suddenly stopped worked. First, the dishwasher, then the HBL8450 oven. I was advised by multiple authorized Bosch repairmen to replace them both because repairs would be too expensive. I checked with Bosch. Sure enough. They want $129 for a service call PLUS $15 an hour PLUS the cost of parts. REALLY?!!! I spent thousands on the two appliances only to find out Bosch was not concerned that their life was only 7 years. I take excellent care of my appliances they've had modest use. My previous appliances all lasted 28 years and were still working when I remodeled. Very disappointing and unacceptable. The only plus I can mention is a woman I spoke to in Customer Service, named Kenya, who was very kind, intelligent, and tried hard to be helpful.
