Amazing... I saw all the negative reviews about "No Air Fryer Included", and thought, well you don't actually need it...one can just use a slotted/perforated grilling pan instead. But not including a $20 insert for the broiler? Can't broil something without that!

I was very disappointed to find out that the broiler pan set and the air fryer basket was not included with my purchase. I was given to believe that both are included based on the advertisement. I purchased this item on sale and it appears it’s going to cost me more than I saved in the first place.

I'm with everyone's comments below. ours came in chipped also. Do they not look at them before they send them out? We are told that the size is the only size & is universal. So we still have to clean around the outside edges of the bottom of the oven. If someone knows of a larger unit please let us know.
