We had been putting off buying a dishwasher for some time. Our old machine seemed "ok" but started making some noises. We chose the KitchenAid to match our other appliances. The purchase of this dishwasher was absolutely the best acquisition we have made in years. It cleans perfectly dishes, pots and pans with a pre-wash. A very impressive feature is how whisper quiet it is. We have to check at time to see if it indeed running. I would recommend this model to anyone who likes to get value for their money. You will not be sorry if you buy the KitchenAid.

This was delivered and installed 2 months ago I ran a load of dishes and heated drying would not work. Dishes were wet and it took several weeks to get repair made.

First time buyer of kitchenAid Great! product .

We bought this because of its great reviews at independent review sites. But it surpassed our expectations by getting some old glass bowls, which had become milky white from our previous dishwasher, sparkling clean. And it's so quiet we have to double-check that it's on. Its Pro-Wash feature (like a "smart" dishwasher) is impressive, and is one of the reasons this model is at the top-end of dishwashers in terms of price, but we think it worthwhile.

Solid dishwasher, only issue was the door needed to be lined up when received. Delivery company they used, absolutely awful. Would never recommend them. JB Hunt- awful
