After a month of use my wife is pleased with the choice of the Maytag dryer. We replaced a 12 year old dryer that broke down after several repair efforts. Clothes dry much faster with this Maytag than with the old machine. We chose this model because of the downward opening door. It offers a convenient shelf to place clothes when loading and unloading. This is a great mid-range dryer that is solid choice in our opinion.

I’ve had this dryer a few weeks now and am very pleased. It runs great and hasn’t given me any problems! Plenty of room for clothes to move around and dry.

Nice capacity. Dries more evenly than any dryer I've owned in 40 years. Lots of options for the many load types. The only criticism I have is that the top is not flat. Things slide off.
