IT'S WORSE THAN THE DRYER

bought in November and right out of the gate we have had nothing but trouble with the soap dispenser, it dispenses and then fills up with water, so you never know if you are going to get a little soap or all of it, it took 6 hours to wash towels tonight, that was fun, the repairman will be back when the new parts come in, inexcusable for something so expensive and brand new.......poor quality, wish we hadn't bought this either

I'm a guy and normally have hated doing laundry. This appliance makes things precise and so cool. Last week I had to go out of town and realized a favorite gym shorts needed to be washed, and so I tried the Quickwash option. They came out super clean after 15 min, and the quick dry option on the matching dryer only took 10 min and they were dry! Crazy cool and fast.

Broke down twice within a year!

I purchased a Maytag because I believed in the reliability of the name. Twice since I purchased this machine last April, I discovered water pooling around my machine. When I called Maytag for service they offered to send someone out to take a look at it a second time but the person never showed up. After taking a day off of work to get this repaired, I called to see about getting another appointment the earliest they could offer was to wait another week. All while my machine just a year old has broken down twice with the same issue. I was told by the call center that I should be thankful they are sending someone out. I would expect more from Maytag...very disappointed in Maytag and their response to customers.

We bought this washing machine and matching dryer in April. I wanted to purchase a Maytag because I thought it was a quality brand. It's only November (not even a full 7 months later) and the circuit board went out. I completely understand that things can happen but the repairman from the store we purchased the washing machine from is not able to get a response on the time it will take to get a replacement part. A washing machine is NOT a luxury item a family can do without.

Finding it difficult to learn the features of this machine. Soap dispenser never fully empties, fear of adding too much detergent each time. Just did a load on the "delicate" cycle; it stopped with 43 minutes left to cycle. Had to push start button to complete load. I don't know if each load uses the same amount of water - no markings for small, moderate or large loads. Instruction guide difficult to get questions answered. Machine is very large and takes up more room in my small laundry room than we what we thought.
