I have used this washing machine for 7 years and have been through at least 6 pumps. While it is working I love this washer. It has a variety of cycles and features. And it cleans well. Along with three dogs we have teenagers who play sports and ride dirt bikes. Our household is rough on laundry so I appreciate a good machine. HOWEVER once a year without fail the pump breaks and it takes a month to have it repaired. Why would you make a quality machine with a faulty pump that CANNOT keep up. Without the pump the machine is useless.

Had warranty on washer the manufacturer covered parts but not labor. We have the washer for 8 years.
