aI bought this a year and a half ago for a rental property. I finally had an occasion to wash my own laundry in it. The wash I did, did not clean. Stains that I am accustomed to being removed were not. I thought it was an anomaly so waited and did another wash a few weeks later. It did not clean either. I have never had a problem with stain removal. Whirlpool did send a service tech out to have a look at it. He said it was working as designed. I have watched an entire cycle trying to figure out how to make it work better. I have tried wetting clothes to make the load heavier so it adds more water. I am ready to junk it.
