The drawers in the fridge section feel cheap and don't open/close very smoothly. The drawers in the freezer allow small items to fall through as well since they're wire mesh (and they don't slide very smoothly either).

Has horrible rattle!

I’ve had this one year, it has had a noisy rattle that has progressively gotten worse to the point it wakes me in the night. I love the style and design, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen, but I know it’s just a matter of time before it’s going to cost me. If you buy, I would recommend the extra warranty.....I wish I had purchased it, but unfortunately I trusted the brand. One other thing is the freezer handle was replaced under warranty, but still won’t stay tight....

My old fridge was about the same size, but this holds so much more. The dials and displays are not in the way. The design is attractive and modern.

The fridge has all the amenities needed in a clean, streamlined package. We like the water inside, and the icemaker in the freezer. The wide drawer inside accommodates cheeses, lunchmeats, berries and more and is convenient. Door bins are capacious. The only thing I'd like better is a surface that is easier to keep fingerprints off of.

I love the look of the exterior of this model as well as the functionality of the interior shelves. I recently renovated my kitchen and I am delighted with all of my Kitchenaid appliances. They are a terrific value delivering high quality at a great price.
