LG Appliances 28 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Refrigerator

Well I love this fridge and I love the black stainless steel look. Lots of room for food and beverages and the dual freezers are nice Only thing I dont like overall is the size of the ice maker. Doesnt hold much so if you have a big family youll need another way to get lots of ice Now we have had the fridge 3 years and the compressor went out while we were on vacation Lucky someone was watching our house. Its frustrating losing all that food but LG did come out and fix it for free a week later So I guess that could of been worse

Bought this 4 yrs ago and the compressor n a sensor already went. Would have cost 1/2 what we paid for it on sale mind you and ALSO had 2 family members who purchased a LG FRIG W/ LINEAR inverters to have theirs also quit -1- in 6 no. And the2nd in 3yrs. All agreed done with lg especially if equipped with linear inverters all of us ended up buying new fridges n not LG. Stores will even tell you to stay away from any with linear inverters in them

I must say that this fridge looks really good and the knock knock feature is nice. Interior space looks like it will be more than adequate for what we need. Unfortunately we have been unable to use the refrigerator as it was damaged in transit and will not cool properly. The door was also damaged and I will add that LG was quick to respond to a repair request. LG was not so helpful in obtaining a replacement refrigerator rather wishing to send a technician to replace major components of a brand new unit. Thankfully Appliannces Connection was able to step in and assist with obtaining a replacment unit. I look forward to receiving the new refrigerator someday and enjoying the benefits of having a working unit in my kitchen.

Ive had this fridge since 2019. Glad I bought the extended warranty. Its been an awesome appliance until it came to a simple repair. The micro switch on the ice/water dispenser broke. The method to replace a simple switch couldnt be more complex and overwhelmingly complicated so I had to refer to the experts as I did not want to do anything that would void the warranty. Long story short the experts had to order the parts plural and it is one month going because one part shipped broken because they packaged it in a very flimsy bag instead of a box for such a large piece of plastic. Never seen such reckless abandon toward packaging. Hopefully I will one day get all the parts despite this only being a simple switch replacement so I can get my ice/water maker working again. Im just fortunate that it wasnt something more serious The reviews on customer service and similar issues like this are also disappointing and I was in denial for such a long time myself I paid so much for this WHY or HOW can it possibly break? But denial can only get you so far. Eventually you have to accept the truth about what other people are reporting.

I bought a washer and dryer the turbo and love them. I also purchased a 2 door 2 draw refrigerator freezer. Very satisfied with the quality and performance.
